A next-generation utility business uses IoT-connected solar and digital services to reach hundreds of thousands of households and small businesses. As its customer base grew, support agents were spending too much time piecing together payment histories and usage data before they could help callers. Steamhaus helped design an AI-powered Agent on AWS that summarises a customer’s situation in seconds, directly inside the existing customer service portal.

Turning personality reports into an AI coaching companion
A global people-development provider wanted to give managers and leaders more value from their psychometric reports after the workshop ended. Working with Steamhaus, they built an AI coaching assistant on AWS that sits alongside their existing digital products and gives managers instant, context-aware guidance based on their own personality data.

Pole Star Global needed to modernize its application environment to reduce risk and increase operational efficiency. Working with Steamhaus, the organization moved critical applications to AWS. As a result, Pole Star ensures 99.99% uptime, releases updates and features daily instead of annually, and deploys application environments in minutes instead of hours.

Speeding the analysis of a FTSE 250 firm’s apps using expertise and AI
Steamhaus initially worked with the FTSE 250 firm to solve authentication issues on their trading platform, leading to a cloud platform built on Amazon Web Services (AWS). A key process in such a transformation required migrating the firm’s 1,600+ apps from on-premises to the cloud. The Steamhaus Modernisation Intelligence for AWS assessment process was used to analyse apps and plan for their modernisation.
